What is the process time?

Processing times can vary depending on the design.

Pre-made sets are typically processed within 2-3 business days.

Made to order or custom sets can take anywhere from 5-10 days.

Expect shipping to take 3-5 business days.

How do I find my nail tip sizes?

For the most accurate fit, I recommend ordering a sizing kit with your order. The sizing kit will be mailed to you before your nail set is prepared. The kit will include numbered blank nail tips in your desired shape & length.

When your receive your sizing kit, try on all the tips with bare natural nails ensuring the nails fit sidewall to sidewall. If there are any gaps, you may need to size up. When in doubt, its always best to size up as you can file the nail a bit to fit perfectly.

You can also refer to our sizing guide page to find your nail tip sizes. There are two methods available to help with your measurements. These methods include using a measuring tape or sticky tape and a ruler.

What is included with my order?

Your order will include the desired nail sets, application kit (nail file, buffer, alcohol pads, cuticle pusher, nail glue, & adhesive tabs) nail prep & removal guide.

How do I request a custom set?

Custom orders are available on the website. Simply fill out the custom order form with a brief description of your design choice. Once I have received your request we can discuss the details through email. Pricing for custom designs starts at $$$, and varies depending on your design choice.

Where do you ship?

Shipping is currently only within the USA.

Refunds & Return Policy

Unfortunately due to the handmade process, there are no refunds or remakes on sets. I highly encourage you to order a sizing kit to ensure your nails will fit perfectly.
